Delivery Charges

  • FREE UK Delivery over £100
  • USA SHIPPING - 4-15 day delivery
  • Worldwide and Europe 5- 15 working day Day Delivery: £3.99 / €4.40
  • UPDATE -International orders around the world & Ireland are having major delays with royal mail please bare this in mind. 

Please note - These delivery times are estimates, please note these are approx times and we cannot guarantee delivery times. We aim to get all orders to you within the time scale stated however  delays can occur, if your order is late please allow an extra1-3 days.

We cannot deem parcels lost until 12 working days after you're expected delivery date has passed, once this time has passed we will raise this with the delivery company and re send your order. 

Please note - We cannot cancel or amend any order details after they have been processed. 

Bank Holidays - If your order or delivery is around the bank holidays please expect some slight delays on your order.

Send your item back to the address below with tracked/recorded delivery service, we prefer Royal Mail, then send us an email using the below template to and a member of the team will respond within 1-2 working days.

  • Returns costs are at your own expense we DO NOT provide free returns.

  • When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags.
  • Please return within 14 days of receiving your order. Any orders returned after this time will be denied and returned or a credit note issued. 
  • Use a safe tracked method we are not liable for any returns that dont reach us. The cheapest tracked service is tracked 48. 
  • Any orders placed with a store credit we can only re issue another store credit. 
  • Please keep your proof of postage we may ask for this.
  • Delivery time are estimates if your order has not arrived we can chase this up however we can not deem this as lost until 30 days (uk) have passed 60 days (rest of world) before we can issue a refund or re send out. 
  • Return costs are at your own expense we do not offer free returns or provide return labels.
  • We refund the item price only not the original postage costs  
  • Returns can take upto 10 working days to process after we have received your return back. 
  • Faulty Item ? All faulty items must be reported to us within 48 hours and we will ask for evidence, we will then offer a replacement to be sent out to you at no extra costs. If you do not want a replacement and prefer a refund the item must be returned to us within 14 days return costs will be at your own expense however original postage costs will be refunded. 
  • Extended Christmas returns for orders placed in December. 


Any mystery packages returned will be issued a credit note only.
