Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from OMG Fashion however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition

Send your item back to the address below with a safe tracked delivery the email its to customerservices@omgfashion.com with your order number to be refunded .

Please note there is strictly no returns on any SALE ITEMS.

  • When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags.
  • Please note before making any purchase from this site that any refund can take up to 14 working days.
  • Full refund will be given for the cost of the item, excluding postage & returns cost.
  • There is strictly no returns on any sale items.Any sale items returned will be returned back to sender. Unless item is damaged this must be notified to us before returning.
  • We only class orders as lost in transit after 15 working days have passed, only then will we offer a refund.
  • Please use a tracked method, we are not responsible for any lost orders and you will be asked to claim back with the delivery company. 
  • Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility.
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.
  • The item must be repacked, along with the returns form or invoice in the same condition as it was received.
  • We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.
  • Exchanges can take up to 7-14 days to be processed.
  • Once an exchange has been approved we will require you to pay the cost postage of the exchanged item.
  • If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you
  • Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.

Please pop a note inside with a note stating your order number and the item etc you require.

 

Received the wrong item or item is damaged? -

 

Please return within the 14 day policy and inform us via email. Return postage will be at your own expense however we will reimburse this, or re use our postage stamp on the front of your package.
